Ms. Hall helped me with processing my mother’s green card application. She had a ticket that was unpaid and a warrant issue for her. She was able to take care of the ticket first and kept up informed every step of the way. She then helped with submitting the green card application. Ms. Hall genuinely cared and that was reassuring.
